Work with Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, and Cloud technologies. ### **Core Job Function** Join the global team responsible for supporting global operations by developing and supporting applications designed to protect assets, access, processes, and personal security. ### **Core Functions and Responsibilities** **Primary Responsibilities of the Application Developer:** * Conduct business requirements analysis and collaborate with the team to develop technical solutions aligned with those requirements. * Design and support multi-device solutions incorporating a front-end graphical user interface (GUI), back-end logic, APIs, workflows, database interactions, etc. * Design and support automated solutions for manual processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve application integration issues/failures. * Build and support system integrations (ADF, API, Scripting). * Adhere to architectural standards and mandates, security and control requirements, and change management procedures. * Follow internal Software Security Group guidelines and practices. * Participate in application vulnerability testing and remediate identified vulnerabilities. * Create or update application support documentation, security templates, risk assessments, etc. ### **Job Requirements** **Required Technical Skills:** * **Front-End (Intermediate):** Angular/React / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / AngularJS. * **Back-End (Intermediate/Advanced):** C# / ASP.NET / MS SQL Server (or SQL in general). * **DevOps & Cloud:** + Experience with CI/CD using GitHub repositories and actions. + Microsoft Azure: Management of Azure VMs and other resources, including creation of new resource groups and network security configuration. + Azure Data Factory: Design, build, and support ADF pipelines. * **Database:** MS SQL Server, Azure SQL (database design, reporting, security, stored procedures). * **Other Knowledge:** + Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, T-SQL). + Experience implementing web front-end user interfaces following User-Centered Design (UCD) principles. + Experience implementing client/server architecture applications. + ServiceNow for request intake process. + API design/build/support, including use of Postman. + Microsoft IIS. **Interpersonal Skills and Methodologies:** * **Communication/Relationship Management:** Interaction with other organizations will be required to successfully complete support tasks. * **Creative Thinking:** Ability to critically assess current implementations and provide recommendations/suggestions regarding technology and processes. * **Agile/Scrum:** + Familiarity with Agile principles and practices. + Experience working on a Scrum team executing sprints. + Commitment to working in a Scrum team environment (2-week sprints). * Prepared for visible work and adherence to deadlines. * Proficient in Change Management methodologies.
