Job Summary: Vila Galé is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Sunset Cumbuco Hotel, responsible for general repairs and professional customer service. Key Highlights: 1. MISSION: Carry out maintenance department tasks, performing general repairs while serving all customers professionally and in accordance with Vila Galé standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform diverse repairs across all hotel areas. Respond to requests from internal and external customers. Assist outsourced maintenance teams as needed. Track requests using company-designated applications and internal procedures. YOUR PROFILE: High school diploma or technical education in related fields: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, etc. Basic knowledge of smartphone usage. General maintenance knowledge: Painting, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, and Telephony. Hotel industry experience is a plus. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and urgency, good communication skills, organization, rigor, and resilience.
