Job Summary: Assist in production process activities, supporting Production Operator I in manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and packaging tasks, following quality and safety standards. Focus on organization, safety, and production targets **Location:** Londrina/PR **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday) – Compensatory Work Schedule **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 to R$ 2.600,00 **Benefit:** Food Allowance R$ 280,00 **Education:** Completed Elementary School (High School preferred) **Requirements:** Driver's License Category B **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in production process activities, supporting Production Operator I in manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and packaging tasks, according to instructions and quality and safety standards. Prepare required materials, tools, and components; perform cutting, machining, assembly, and finishing tasks; maintain an organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles; strictly follow safety regulations and properly use PPE; report irregularities to the operator or supervisor; assist in material handling, loading, and unloading; contribute to achieving production targets; and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment. **Technical Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of experience in production support activities is preferred; basic knowledge of industrial production; fundamental mathematics and measurement skills; ability to follow instructions and operational procedures. **Behavioral Profile:** Commitment, attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
