Job Description \-You will be responsible for supporting and executing administrative and primary, secondary and support procurement activities, including the materials acquisition process, in accordance with guidance from procurement analysts and your supervisor, aiming to ensure proper execution of these activities and compliance with applicable rules and procedures. **Key responsibilities include:** * Handling specific procurement processes; * Conducting general system queries and searches, as well as generating reports and spreadsheets; * Managing low-complexity acquisition/contracting processes; * Correcting purchase orders in the system; * Appropriately handling held-up invoices; * Managing contractual price adjustments in the ERP; * Issuing transactional purchase orders and providing input for item inclusion in ERP contracts; * Supporting the Procurement team with departmental administrative tasks; * Assisting the team in preparing presentations for leadership and committees; * Providing information and clarifying queries from customers and suppliers; * Completing control documents and performing critical analysis where applicable; * Acting as a professional undergoing development, where practical knowledge is being built, delivering results on low-complexity tasks under direct supervision and guidance; * Complying with Safety and Occupational Health, Environmental, Social Responsibility and Corporate Integrity policies and procedures. **Qualifications \-The profile we are seeking for this position:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics or Engineering * Knowledge of materials, equipment and components used by the company (preferred) * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * SAP ERP knowledge (preferred) * Basic English (preferred) **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
