




Job Summary: Supervise and guide the maintenance team, inspecting equipment, diagnosing failures, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to identify needs for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Diagnose technical failures and coordinate repairs, ensuring rapid and effective problem resolution. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations, and internal policies. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor technical reports, maintenance indicators, and operational records. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost reduction. * Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers, tracking contracts, deadlines, and delivery quality. * Participate in planning meetings, contributing technical and operational insights. * Monitor execution of maintenance projects, improvements, and scheduled shutdowns. * Ensure maintenance records, work orders, and technical histories are up-to-date, organized, and traceable. * Anticipate operational issues and propose solutions or adjustments to planning to ensure service continuity. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education and a technical course in refrigeration, mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields; * Preferred: undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in refrigeration, mechanics, electromechanics, management, or related fields. Experience in leading maintenance teams and planning preventive and corrective maintenance, with knowledge of PMOC (Preventive Maintenance Program), performance indicators (KPIs), and maintenance management systems is a plus.
