




In this position, you will monitor communication links of ATMs, effectively resolving issues by performing various tests on routers and providing support to field technicians. **Responsibilities:** * Guide and support field technicians to resolve ATM communication issues; * Perform various tests on routers to ensure proper functioning of communication links; * Manage service tickets with external vendors, including opening, assigning to technicians, and closing, while observing prioritization and SLA compliance; * Interact with internal departments to ensure process agility and resolution within SLA; * Maintain high levels of circuit performance/availability through proactive management and monitoring of quality indicators; * Ability to assess needs and engage other responsible departments, escalating issues beyond the scope of the area for resolution; * Analyze root causes of recurring incidents and causes of availability degradation; * Continuously evaluate improvements in departmental processes, benchmarking against other areas to optimize processes and increase team productivity. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, from the first semester onward, in Computer Networks and/or related higher education courses in Telecom/IT. * Practical knowledge of router, switch, and other network device configuration; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks; * Knowledge of mobile networks (GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G). * Desired: CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate. **Additional Information:** * Remuneration: 2\.824,11 (CLT); * Benefits: Meal Allowance, Medical and Dental Assistance, Life Insurance; * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week at the office \- Alphaville).
