




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency; * Knowledge of payroll calculations and labor legislation. * Analyze and support the execution of personnel movement and staffing request workflows, ensuring workflows meet departmental needs; * Manage the entire pre-employment process, including scheduling medical examinations, receiving required documents, and registering approved candidates in the system; * Ensure, through onboarding, that employees receive all information regarding benefits and Human Resources policies (payroll slips, electronic timekeeping, vacation, etc.), and request all benefits for newly hired employees within established deadlines; * Perform daily maintenance of the electronic timekeeping system by entering documents into the system (medical certificates, hours declarations, etc.), and manage timekeeping issues during month-end closing to ensure all employees can access this document within the timeframe specified in the Monthly Schedule; * Verify biweekly and monthly payroll to ensure employees receive all statutory entitlements and benefits. * Manage employee enrollment in company-offered benefits (additions, removals, upgrades) to control costs and ensure benefit quality; * Analyze unit-level HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities; * Monitor unit-level HR expenses through transaction analysis, ensuring budget targets are met; * Manage the entire termination process—from preparing dismissal documentation to conducting the employee’s formal termination confirmation—ensuring compliance with all deadlines and procedural requirements; * Support employees by addressing their questions regarding all matters related to the unit’s Personnel Administration area, ensuring high-quality and timely service; * Manage the entire vacation process, ensuring each employee takes vacation during their requested period. 251220020255584393
