




Job Summary: This assistant supports the financial routines of BPO clients, ensuring organization, accuracy in postings, and adherence to deadlines, serving as the operational foundation. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support for BPO clients' financial operations. 2. Processing of accounts payable and receivable. 3. Bank reconciliation and report preparation. **Mission:** Support the execution of financial routines for clients served by Financial BPO, ensuring organization, accuracy in postings, adherence to deadlines, and operational support to the Analyst and Coordinator. The Assistant serves as the foundation of the financial operation, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date in systems. **Responsibilities:** Accounts Payable Processing * Receive and verify invoices, bank slips, and fiscal notes. * Perform financial entries in management systems (Omie, ContaAzul, Bling, etc.). * Schedule payments via clients' internet banking according to approved workflows. * Monitor due dates and issue alerts for accounts nearing expiration. * Support correct expense categorization within the chart of accounts. * Generate weekly accounts payable reports. Accounts Receivable Processing * Issue and send bank slips and invoices. * Track receipts and record paid amounts in the system. * Identify delinquency and execute collections follow-up. * Organize the collections workflow and support cash flow planning. * Issue receipts and fiscal notes when required. Bank Reconciliation * Import and monitor bank statements. * Perform automatic or manual reconciliations of financial transactions. * Correct mismatched entries and adjust records. * Generate weekly financial movement reports. * Support the Analyst in verifying balances and cash flow. Financial Reporting * Assist in preparing basic accounts payable and receivable reports. * Prepare monthly summaries of financial movements. * Update basic financial indicators. * Organize information for review by the Financial BPO Analyst. Customer Service and Organization * Provide operational support to clients and internal teams. * Clarify basic questions regarding financial entries. * Record requests in the system and follow company scripts and standards. * Escalate complex requests to the Analyst or Coordinator. * Organize and archive physical and digital financial documents. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (not mandatory). Experience: Prior experience is not mandatory; however, experience in financial or administrative routines is a plus. Tools and Knowledge: * Experience with Financial BPO. * Familiarity with financial systems and internet banking. * Basic knowledge of cash flow and fiscal notes.
