Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising the quality and execution of transmission and subtransmission line construction projects, ensuring compliance and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of transmission and subtransmission line construction projects (69kV–138kV) 2. Ensuring compliance with technical and SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards 3. With an extensive portfolio of completed projects, Diefra provides operational and technological support to public and private companies across Brazil. **Join our team!** **This professional will be responsible for:** * Conducting quality supervision on transmission line construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual standards; * Supervising construction activities on subtransmission projects with voltage classes ranging from 69kV to 138kV; * Monitoring and ensuring correct execution of services, identifying and reporting non-conformities; * Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (SSMA) regulations in collaboration with the Occupational Safety Technician (TST); * Inspecting facilities, equipment, machinery, and mandatory documentation; * Monitoring service measurements and auditing service providers’ records; * Supervising the development and implementation of the Execution Plan (PEX); * Monitoring and validating the commissioning process of installations; * Preparing and updating Daily Construction Reports (RDOs), non-conformance lists, and mobilization and demobilization reports; * Supervising and monitoring the implementation of environmental programs related to the project; * Supervising interventions in the Power Electrical System (SEP); * Ensuring acquisition of authorizations for crossings at airports, highways, railways, oil pipelines, and gas pipelines; applying and interpreting technical and regulatory standards of the electric power sector. **Requirements:** * Experience in supervision and execution of substation construction projects (69kV–138kV); * Technical education in Electrotechnology; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Ability to read and interpret electrical and civil engineering drawings; * Critical thinking and owner’s mindset; * Field leadership and results-oriented focus; * Willingness to travel throughout the state of Pernambuco. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * University partnership program; * Hazard pay; * Travel expense allowance. **Are you in?** **An amazing team is waiting for you \=)**
