If you are dedicated, organized, and committed to quality, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Daily inventory control, including expiration dates, storage, and recording of receipts and withdrawals; * Reporting supply needs and supporting procurement planning; * Monitoring consumption and identifying new production requirements based on demand and events; * Participating in the creation of weekly menus, considering variety, nutrition, and ingredient utilization; * Executing preparations with ingredient reuse, following food safety standards; * Maintaining sector organization, cleanliness, and sanitation, ensuring operational fluidity and sanitary compliance. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of pastry and bakery, and basic understanding of food safety; * Must reside in Caruaru/PE.
