As a **Data Engineer**, you will join a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid role for the Brasília/DF region \=D** **Responsibilities and Duties** In your day-to-day work, you will be expected to handle the following tasks: * Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and publishing pipelines (ETL/ELT). * Integrate data from diverse systems, formats, and domains. * Implement mechanisms for versioning, traceability, and data validation. * Ensure performance, monitoring, reliability, and cost control of data flows. * Automate processes and support continuous operation of data environments. * Support data science and AI teams in providing data ready for analysis. * Document pipelines and support knowledge transfer. **Requirements and Qualifications** What’s needed for our perfect match: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Information Systems. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. * Programming languages: Python, SQL, and Go. * Pipeline orchestration and automation. * Experience integrating with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Hands-on experience with relational, columnar, document, and graph databases. * Best practices in data engineering, MLOps, and DevSecOps. * Performance and cost evaluation of pipelines. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. * Operational discipline, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to operate effectively in complex and collaborative environments. **Additional Information** Infrastructure Allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
