Contract Assistant **Summary description:** Reports to the Budget Coordinator/Commercial Manager and provides administrative and operational support to the company's contracts department, ensuring proper formalization, registration, organization, cataloging, archiving, and monitoring of contracts signed with customers, suppliers, and partners; also assists in interfacing between commercial, legal, finance, and engineering departments. **Responsibilities:** * Daily collection, storage, cataloging, tabulation, digitization, registration, and enrollment of information relevant to drafting contracts, amendments, and terminations for precast concrete structures and third-party contracts for construction execution. ·Review contractual clauses, deadlines, values, and agreed commercial terms, aligned with approved proposals and applicable legislation. ·Monitor physical or digital signature workflows, ensuring documents are properly formalized and archived. ·Track contractual deadlines (validity periods, adjustments, guarantees, insurance expirations, etc.) using spreadsheets or management systems. ·Support the tax/finance department in verifying documents for invoicing, progress measurements, and payments related to contracts. Technical Requirements **Minimum education:** Pursuing undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Law/Related fields. Desired experience: Contract drafting, technical documentation, analysis and interpretation of technical and legal texts, ERP software knowledge. **Behavioral Profile / Desired Competencies:** • Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented profile • Clear, professional, and consultative communication • Ability to lead discussions on technical topics. • Prior experience in administrative and document management functions. • Proficiency with digital tools and ERP systems
