If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact the city and people's lives, join us in driving transformation! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and maintain data pipelines using **Databricks** and **Spark (PySpark / SQL);** * Model data following the **medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold);** * Ensure quality, governance, and performance of analytical data; * Build **dimensional models** (Star Schema / Snowflake) for analytical consumption; * Develop dashboards and reports in **Power BI**, focusing on performance and storytelling; * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements; * Use **Figma** for dashboard prototyping, layout definition, and user experience (UX/UI); * Implement best practices for version control, documentation, and metric standardization; * Support strategic decisions through exploratory analysis and performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology fields, such as Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related disciplines. * Experience with **Databricks;** * Solid knowledge of **medallion architecture;** * Proficiency in **SQL** and familiarity with **PySpark;** * Experience with **Power BI** (DAX, modeling, performance); * Hands-on experience with **analytical data modeling;** * Experience with **Figma** for dashboard prototyping or analytical interface design; * Knowledge of cloud-based data environments (preferably **Azure**) **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will enjoy: * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal or food allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions;
