Job Summary: As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible for various fiscal and billing activities, including invoice verification and entry, document issuance, and file organization. Opportunity to work for an established company in the food industry **We are looking for someone to join Minuano’s FISCAL RECEIPT AND BILLING team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a BILLING ASSISTANT at Companhia Minuano de Alimentos, your focus will include:** Performing invoice verification and entry; Verifying the access key and manifesting it in the Conexão NFE system; Sealing container trucks; Entering data into control spreadsheets and systems; Verifying inventory items and making adjustments if necessary; Issuing return invoices; Submitting export data, invoicing invoices, and completing required documentation; Printing internal market orders, invoicing, and printing invoices; Placing purchase requests for materials; Organizing, archiving, and locating invoice stubs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** Incomplete undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. **You stand out if you have:** Basic knowledge of invoice issuance. **Additional Information** **Work schedule:** 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Mon–Fri) **Our Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Days off on the 31st of each month; * Service anniversary bonuses; * Annual school assistance; * Monthly education assistance for technical and undergraduate courses; * Profit-sharing program; * Health insurance plan; * Attendance bonus; * Meals; * Pharmacy partnerships; And much more!
