Focus on organization, proactivity, and teamwork. **Job Description – Logistics Assistant (Precast Concrete Company)** **Position:** Logistics Assistant **Department:** Logistics / Dispatch **Reports to:** Logistics Supervisor or Coordinator Job Objective To support the company’s logistics activities by ensuring planning, control, and monitoring of transportation, storage, and delivery of precast components, thereby contributing to on-time delivery, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Schedule and monitor loading and delivery of precast components. * Issue and verify transportation documents, invoices, and delivery manifests. * Control inventory movement of finished products. * Communicate with freight carriers, drivers, and construction site teams. * Monitor routes, delivery deadlines, and transportation incidents. * Support logistical planning according to production and assembly schedules. * Update spreadsheets, management systems, and operational reports. * Assist in controlling freight costs and logistics KPIs. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations during loading and transportation of components. * Address customer and supplier inquiries related to logistics and dispatch. Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable). * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel. * Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation is a plus. * Knowledge of issuing fiscal and transportation documents is considered an advantage. * Availability to support operations and respond to operational demands.
