If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Provide feedback on monitoring and inspection activities; * Continuously update knowledge of operational processes; * Perform other duties related to the position as determined by the supervisor; * Support the development of training content and updates incorporated into training materials; * Inspect customer visits to assess service quality, fiber anchoring, router installation location, potential damages, connectorization, etc.; * Support daily team routines under supervision or coordination guidance; * Evaluate and monitor field teams’ use of PPE and service quality; * Conduct inspections of: vehicles, tools, uniforms, PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), among others; * Support the training instructor with onboarding of new employees or refresher training; * When necessary, recommend/suggest disciplinary measures; * Monitor material returns, when required; * Conduct risk assessments; * Provide support in handling service-related complaints to gather information serving as a basis for decision-making; * Guide, monitor, and evaluate learning; * Know and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Know and comply with regulatory procedures relevant to your activity and department; * Maintain organization of individual or shared workspaces. * Record and document inspections, workshops, and laboratories; * Guide, monitor, and evaluate team learning/performance; * Participate in developing instructional resources aligned with scheduled activity objectives; * Identify and communicate major training needs to produce and deliver them to technical teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Driver’s license category A/B. * High school diploma. * NR 10 and NR 35 certifications. * Experience in operations and/or telecommunications companies. **Desirable Prerequisites:** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Communicative profile; * Dynamic profile; * Courses related to the field. **Additional Information** **Professional Specialization Area: Operations** **Hierarchical Level:** Operational **Remuneration:** **Benefits that make a difference for you!** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Health Insurance (60% covered) SulAmérica Dental Plan Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions Access to SESI (all regional units) Access to SESC (Garanhuns – PE) #SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, our mission has been to **bring people closer to their desires**, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and generate value for society.
