Approach customers in a polite and courteous manner, prioritizing their well-being within the service environment. Interact with customers to develop negotiation strategies aimed at understanding them and identifying their needs. Offer products and services aligned with each customer's specific situation, providing comprehensive information to minimize uncertainties regarding the purchase. Use digital platforms to retrieve the customer's telephony history and accurately record information consistent with the agreed-upon request. Guide the negotiation to closure, emphasizing what the consumer has purchased to fulfill their initial objective. Follow up and assist customers after the sale to foster loyalty. Fully participate in training programs related to the role to enhance knowledge and skills, achieving satisfactory performance outcomes.
