




Job Summary: An occupational safety technician responsible for inspecting work environments, implementing safety regulations, developing training programs, and investigating accidents to ensure employee safety. Management of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), and guidance for emergency situations Main Responsibilities: * Inspect workplaces, identifying and assessing risks to employee health and safety. * Implement and monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations, ensuring correct procedures are followed. * Develop and conduct training on occupational safety, hygiene, and health for employees. * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. * Collaborate in developing safety programs (e.g., PPRA, PCMSO) and oversee their implementation. * Manage and control personal protective equipment (PPEs) and collective protective equipment (CPEs), ensuring they remain in good condition and are used correctly. * Provide guidance on procedures for emergencies such as fires and accidents. * Maintain up-to-date records of workplace safety conditions and actions taken. Requirements: Technical qualification in Occupational Safety. * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and related legislation. Experience in industrial environments, civil construction, or other high-safety-demand sectors. * Ability to deliver training sessions and awareness lectures. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams. * Willingness to perform fieldwork, visiting various company areas. * Desired Profile: The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess a sense of urgency, and focus on accident prevention.
