**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Prior sales experience will be considered a plus. * Prior experience in replenishment, warehousing, picking, material handling, organization, and delivery of goods, supporting loading of products into customers' vehicles and ensuring a fast, convenient, and safe pickup experience at the store's Drive. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Prior experience operating forklifts. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **Your day-to-day as a Sales Advisor - Drive:** * Approach customers, listen to them, and identify their needs. * Present value propositions, close sales, and build close relationships with customers. * After serving the customer, perform CLB (full\-clean\-balanced) tasks and manage your product category layout. * Achieve qualitative and quantitative performance goals. * Operate forklifts and ensure goods movement within the Drive area. * Combine customer service with operational activities, being responsible for warehousing, picking, material handling, organization, and delivery of goods, supporting loading of products into customers' vehicles and ensuring a fast, convenient, and safe pickup experience at the store's Drive. * Comply with SESMT regulations and other departmental procedures, prioritizing your own safety, that of your coworkers, and that of customers.
