Contribute to the full functioning of company machines while always ensuring safety and quality. Maintain proper mechanical operation of factory machines via work orders, aiming to keep the factory fully operational; identify which machines require priority when multiple service requests occur, managing time efficiently; manage maintenance orders under your responsibility. Generate an accurate maintenance history by correctly completing and closing work orders; achieve individual goals and contribute to collective goal attainment; propose action plans to eliminate root causes identified through process analysis, executing and monitoring those actions; deeply collect and analyze data using the anomaly report, tracking anomaly resolution actions in coordination with the supervisor; hand over information about the day’s work to colleagues on the next shift. ?
