




**AMPER GROUP** It is a Spanish multinational whose objective is to position itself as an international reference in the technological development of communications, industry, and engineering, offering its customers comprehensive and unequivocal solutions within the same value chain. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead live-line electrician teams in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities on energized networks (LV and MV). * Plan and allocate tasks according to technical complexity, network conditions, and personnel qualifications. * Conduct and validate Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA), delivering Daily Safety Talks (DDS) prior to commencement of activities. * Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (NR-10, NR-35, internal procedures, and utility company standards). * Supervise the correct use of PPE, collective protection equipment (CPE), and specialized insulated tools and equipment for live-line work. * Monitor field service execution, intervening immediately upon identifying any unsafe condition. * Interpret work orders, electrical design drawings, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Serve as the team’s technical reference, guiding critical decisions during service execution. * Record incidents, near-misses, non-conformities, and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Guarantee technical service quality and adherence to deadlines without compromising safety. * Act as the interface between operational teams, supervision, engineering, and occupational safety departments. ### **Required / Preferred Professional Experience** **Required experience:** * Solid and proven experience in live-line work on distribution networks. * Prior experience as a live-line electrician. * Consistent experience working at height and on energized networks. * Minimum recommended experience of 3 to 5 years in electrical network activities, with a significant portion involving live-line work. * Practical mastery of safety regulations and operational procedures.
