Duties include preparing hot and cold dishes, inventory control, organizing and cleaning the work area, operating kitchen equipment, strictly adhering to food safety regulations and PPE usage guidelines, safely operating blenders, slicers, griddles, industrial stoves, and other equipment, and working across various areas—for example, breakfast service. Preferred Qualification: Cook specialized in pastry and classic desserts such as brownie and crème brûlée, involving preparation of high-quality sweets for breakfast, buffets, and restaurants (à la carte).
