An environment that promotes diversity and inclusion **Address** JULIO DE CASTILHOS, 2150, CENTRO \- Caxias do Sul, RS **Job Responsibilities** * Assist in product inbound and outbound operations; * Manage inventory and after-sales activities (operational exchange procedures); * Support initiatives to improve store inventory turnover; * Assist in managing store inventory; * Serve customers and guide them regarding delivery, exchange, and technical support procedures for products; * Receive, inspect, and ship products; * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the store warehouse; * Package products and prepare parcels; * Support service sales, telemarketing, document filing, and other activities aimed at achieving overall store targets. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on weekends (rotating 6x1 schedule); * Completed High School education; * Must be over 18 years old; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; We seek individuals with customer focus, strong communication skills, team spirit, flexibility, and creativity.
