




Job Summary: Provide customer service and lead prospecting, prepare commercial proposals, and manage the entire sales process from start to finish while keeping the CRM system up to date. End-to-end sales cycle and after-sales support **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels. * Activate leads from events and/or inactive client portfolios. After the first sale, transfer to the regional sales representative. * Identify customer needs and offer solutions aligned with the company's product portfolio. * Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate payment terms, delivery schedules, and deadlines. * Monitor the entire sales process, from order placement through delivery and first after-sales support. * Maintain updated CRM records with customer data, interaction history, and sales opportunities. * Participate in training sessions on products, sales techniques, and commercial procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred and may be in progress. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
