Our specialized team strives to deliver exceptional support, ensuring serenity and spiritual comfort to everyone we serve. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** We are looking for a new talent to join our team — someone focused and eager to grow alongside us! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving funeral homes and accommodating deceased individuals in chapels; preparing coffee and tea for chapels; * Removing excess waste or performing emergency cleaning (e.g., spilled coffee or liquids in chapels); * Monitoring whether third-party services are fully operational (Estapar and Rudder); * Providing support and assistance to families attending the wake, offering help according to their needs and ensuring an environment of respect and compassion; * Registering, filing, and scanning documents; * Restocking and inspecting disposable supplies; * Inspecting the lounge area; * Reporting emergencies to the supervisor or coordinator.
