Your day-to-day responsibilities: Perform administrative and commercial routines, ensuring customer service is delivered promptly and courteously, in compliance with procedures, applicable legislation, and quality policies, through monitoring processes across various service channels. Pursue continuous improvement focused on customer satisfaction, services provided by partners and other agencies, as well as supporting the company’s image. Conduct analysis and commercial management of the electrical damage compensation process and other requests submitted by customers, aiming to maintain quality, standards, and established deadlines. Key Activities and Responsibilities: * Handle requests for electrical and non-electrical damages at all stages of the process, in accordance with current legislation and internal standards. Ensure compliance with deadlines set forth by sectoral regulation. * Receive, dispatch, monitor, archive, digitize, and manage documents under your responsibility. * Identify and suggest continuous improvements to processes within your area, always prioritizing productivity and safety, applying best practices. Monitor deadlines, quality, standards, and progress of service orders relevant to your area in accordance with current regulation and legislation. * Assist in regulatory inspections, as well as internal audits and Regulatory Compliance control points. * Contribute to developing training programs on specific processes for employees. * Execute internal control management, audits, inspections, indicator management, performance tracking, and provide information and support required by the area. * Provide necessary support to internal and external customers regarding queries, systems, methodologies, and processes of the area. Handle complaint notes arising from processes within your area, including generating actions in commercial systems. Seek customer satisfaction in accordance with applicable rules.
