Job:** Senior Quality Control Analyst **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS I Be8 Glúten e Ethanol \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business acumen, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures for cereal receipt, storage, processing, and dispatch. Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory analyses on cereal batches to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Prepare technical and managerial quality reports, identifying potential process improvements. Participate in defining technical specifications and selecting suppliers of raw materials and inputs. Train and guide production teams on quality control procedures. Monitor and track quality indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions when necessary. Collaborate with other company departments—such as Production, Logistics, and Research & Development—to continuously improve processes. ? Required Knowledge Solid knowledge of physical-chemical, sensory, and microbiological analysis techniques for products. Familiarity with legislation and technical standards applicable to the cereal segment. Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and teamwork ability. Proficiency in quality management tools (PDCA, 5S, ISO, etc.). Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and quality management systems. ? Preferred Qualifications Specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree in Food Quality. Prior experience in cereal processing industries. Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish. Knowledge of traceability systems and non-conformance management. ? Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Agronomy, or related fields.
