Job Summary: We are seeking a sales assistant who, after an initial period, will assume the role of internal sales representative, handling customer service and commercial prospecting. Focus on professional development in the sales field **INTERNAL SALES ASSISTANT / SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **Job Description:** Receiving customers and delivering materials. Inventory control, organization, cleaning, and management. \- Identification and coding of materials. \- Order picking and preparation. Issuing invoices. Material portioning and packaging replacement. Receiving and dispatching materials via freight carriers, motorcycle couriers, or company collectors. Answering phone calls and taking messages, among other duties! After the 90-day contract period, we will train\-her for the new role "sales representative", where she will work in the company's commercial area (internal sales), serving customers by phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, or in person. Managing a client portfolio, conducting prospecting, sending commercial proposals, clarifying inquiries, etc. As additional benefits in the new role, she will be eligible for performance-based bonuses, commission, and a salary commensurate with the position! Note:. Internal Sales Representative Salary (Category Minimum Wage): Gross R$ 1\.921,73, \+ Commission. Performance-based bonuses will be awarded upon achievement of sales targets (Total earnings = salary \+ commission \+ bonus) exceeding R$ 2\.500,00 **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Must reside in Porto Alegre with easy access to the São Geraldo neighborhood (North Zone of POA). Friendly, polite, courteous, kind, responsible, communicative, punctual, dynamic, proactive individual who values positive interpersonal relationships and fosters a healthy work environment. Quick learner with eagerness to learn; strong writing, diction, oral communication, reading, and comprehension skills, paying close attention to small details since item and quantity conversions will be required. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel), PDF, and web environments; prior sales experience—especially targeting corporate clients—is a plus. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance.
