Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to manage performance indicators, optimize production lines, and ensure product quality—leading with authority and collaborating effectively as part of a team. An inspiring work environment with continuous learning We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** with passion, determination, and proactivity to join our production team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assign tasks, guide team members, and monitor performance indicators; * Support execution of planning to ensure efficiency and productivity of production lines; * Monitor product conformity and workplace hygiene and safety practices (PPE); * Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment; * Manage performance indicators for the assigned area and control overall area performance, proposing action plans and initiatives; * Actively support development and implementation of standardized procedures across production lines; * Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment failures. * Conduct operational training for onboarding and technical upskilling of the production team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing/completed a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Food Science, or related fields; * Prior experience in industrial settings; * Teamwork skills, leadership ability, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with new technologies and innovation is a plus; * Organized, proactive, and adaptable to change; * Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation ability; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to interact effectively with both operational and managerial staff. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Unimed health insurance plan; * Product bag; * Year-end gift card; * Birthday gift; * Transportation assistance.
