Job Summary: A professional responsible for the complete management of inventory for air conditioning materials and equipment, including receiving, organization, movement control, inventory, and logistical support for construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of inventory for air conditioning materials and equipment. 2. Strict control over item receipt, dispatch, and inventory. 3. Essential logistical support for installation and construction teams. **Responsibilities:** * Manage inventory of materials, tools, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring they are organized, controlled, and available for installations and maintenance. * Receive, inspect, and store goods, while controlling material inflow and outflow. * Maintain a clean and functional warehouse. * Control item inflow and outflow, ensuring accurate recording of each movement to prevent losses and discrepancies, thereby supporting operational efficiency on construction sites and maintaining data accuracy. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist in organizing the warehouse environment. * Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying information correctness and resolving discrepancies. * Arrange freight services for material and equipment pickups and deliveries. * Pick up and deliver equipment/materials to suppliers or customers as required. * Support installers and construction teams by ensuring necessary materials are available at the right time and location. * Propose and implement actions to preserve warehouse assets (materials and equipment), ensuring their quality and service life. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. A bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. * Experience in construction or general installation work. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
