Sanitizing work areas and disposing of waste A Collective Meals Company is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Caxias do Sul (Sanvitto). **Responsibilities:** Perform food pre-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients). Clean and organize countertops, equipment (stoves, ovens), and kitchen utensils. Provide direct support to cooks during service by delivering requested ingredients and utensils. Sanitize work areas and properly dispose of waste, following food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Cook Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate familiarity with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
