Position:** Senior Internal Auditor **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS and/or São Paulo/SP \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business acumen, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct internal SGI audits, including scheduling, checklists, and conducting interviews/evidence collection. Support external audits (certification bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies), ensuring preparedness, organization of evidence, and post-audit follow-up. Serve as the focal point for ISO audits within the applicable scope (e.g., 9001/14001/45001\). Record and track non-conformities (NC), incidents, and deviations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, evidence documentation, and effectiveness of action plans. Support root cause analysis and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions), utilizing quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, etc.). Monitor and analyze SGI KPIs. Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support supplier qualification/evaluation and audits of critical suppliers, as required by the SGI. ? Required Knowledge Experience in SGI / internal audits / certification routines (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, continuous improvement). Knowledge and practical experience with ISO standards and certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, ISCC, ...). **Proficiency in quality tools (e.g.:** PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa) and NC/CAPA procedures. Management of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions; Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel). Willingness to travel, when applicable. ? Preferred Qualifications Specialization in related fields. Knowledge of SAP ERP. Advanced English proficiency. ? Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Engineering, Administration, Environmental Management, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields.
