Then join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Customer Service Welcome customers entering the Auto Center. Identify vehicle and customer needs. Ask technical questions about vehicle usage (city, highway, load, mileage). Explain products and services clearly and professionally. Present quotations and payment terms. 2\. Automotive Product Sales Main items sold at the Auto Center: **Tires** Passenger tires SUV and pickup truck tires Light commercial tires **Parts and Services** Wheel alignment Wheel balancing Geometry Suspension Brakes Batteries Shock absorbers Wheels The sales representative must: Recommend the correct product for the vehicle. Explain benefits, durability, and warranty. Practice **consultative selling**. 3\. Quotation Preparation Prepare comprehensive quotations for tires and services. Present options to the customer (brand, price, quality). Use the company system to generate orders. Negotiate prices according to commercial policy. 4\. Service Follow-up Open service orders (SO). Direct the vehicle to the workshop. Monitor service execution with mechanics. Inform the customer about progress or additional required services. 5\. Point-of-Sale Organization Verify tire and product display. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Update price labels. Support promotional campaigns. 6\. Prospecting and Relationship Management Contact previous customers. Notify them about promotions and campaigns. Conduct post-sales activities. Build relationships to foster loyalty. Example: Call a customer who purchased tires six months ago. Offer wheel alignment inspection or tire rotation. 7\. Inventory Control (Support) Check availability of tires and parts. Request restocking. Verify available sizes and models. 8\. Goal Achievement The internal sales representative typically has goals related to: Revenue Number of tires sold Average transaction value Service sales Quotation-to-sale conversion rate 9\. Technical Knowledge The sales representative must understand: Tire sizes Load and speed indices Differences among HT / AT / MT tires Tire wear patterns Suspension components Wheels (bolt pattern, offset, rim width) 10\. Post-Sales Confirm customer satisfaction. Advise on tire maintenance. Inform warranty periods.
