Requirements and Qualifications:
* Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Familiarity with rural credit, agricultural insurance, and financing operations through partner banks (e.g., Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Sicredi, John Deere Financial, etc.) is desirable.
Prior experience in agricultural dealerships, financial institutions, or credit cooperatives is a plus.
DESIRED certification: FBB 130 is the banking correspondent certification for direct consumer credit and vehicle financing.
Technical Skills: proficiency in spreadsheets and ERP systems; ability to read and interpret contracts and credit policies; document organization and deadline management; knowledge of credit lines (e.g., Finame, Moderfrota, Pronaf, Pronamp, etc.).
