PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of rejection. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the type of service performed, along with a description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
