Your mission will be to support and execute the company's financial routines, ensuring control, analysis, and reliability of economic and financial information. An analytical, organized, and collaborative approach is expected, contributing to business sustainability and supporting decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Execute and control accounts payable and receivable routines, ensuring deadlines and compliance; Verify financial instruments, process payments, apply receipts, and perform reconciliations in the ERP; Monitor and analyze the company's cash flow and financial information; Prepare financial reports, management analyses, and performance comparisons; Support cost analyses, financial indicators, and improvement opportunities; Conduct credit analysis and customer collections activities; Execute and monitor foreign exchange operations (imports and exports); Maintain up-to-date financial controls and support audits when required; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for departmental processes. **Required Competencies:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (in progress or completed); Experience in financial routines, credit, and collections; Advanced proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow, and budgeting; Experience with financial ERP systems. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Mobility allowance (if residing outside Lajeado); Partnership with educational institutions; SESC membership.
