




We are seeking a Mid-level Ongoing Customer Success Analyst to manage continuous relationships with already onboarded customers, ensuring retention, engagement, account growth, and consistent results over time. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Ongoing relationship management * Maintain active relationships with retailers and shopping center managers after onboarding. * Monitor campaign creation, credit usage, performance, and engagement. * Encourage use of journey data, behavioral insights, and personalized offers. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting new strategies and best practices. * Conduct periodic follow-ups and performance review meetings. * Retention and expansion * Anticipate churn risks and take preventive action. * Identify expansion opportunities, bundled offerings, and complementary campaigns. * Ensure customers continuously perceive value in the BIUD solution. * Support and internal coordination * Respond to questions related to ongoing platform usage. * Serve as the customer’s voice internally, bringing relevant insights to Product and Technology teams. * Document recurring issues and support the technical team in prioritizing solutions. * Analysis and intelligence * Prepare performance reports for shopping centers and retailers. * Identify behavioral patterns and improvement opportunities. * Support product enhancements based on real customer usage. What We’re Looking For Required Experience * 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, B2B support, marketing, agency client service, or CRM consulting. * Experience managing a portfolio of clients. * Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, or retail is a plus. Technical Skills * Familiarity with CS metrics such as adoption, engagement, churn, and expansion. * Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into actionable steps. * Proficiency with digital platforms and customer support tools.
