




**Job Mission** Provide support for the accounting, tax, and administrative routines of the office, ensuring that entries, reconciliations, and ancillary obligations are executed accurately and within legal deadlines, contributing to the organization and reliability of clients' accounting information. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform accounting entries and document classification (invoices, statements, expenses, revenues, etc.); * Carry out bank reconciliations, accounting account reconciliations, and customer/supplier reconciliations; * Assist in the preparation of trial balances, financial statements, and accounting reports; * Organize and maintain clients' physical and digital files up to date; * Help calculate taxes and support monthly accounting closing; * Issue and verify tax payment slips under the accountant's guidance; * Support compliance with ancillary obligations (Accounting SPED, Fiscal SPED, ECF, DCTF, among others); * Support communication with clients for document collection and verification; * Monitor deadlines and assist in controlling deliveries and pending accounting tasks. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed Technical Accounting qualification or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. **Experience:** * Previous experience in an accounting firm is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Proficient in accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing procedures; * Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Familiarity with accounting software and Office suite (especially Excel). **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines and information accuracy; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Professional discretion and ethics; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Working Conditions** * Workload: 40 to 44 hours per week; * On-site work at an accounting office; * Occasional demands during accounting closing periods.
