Team coordination and operational support **Position: Bar Manager – Wine Bar (Estância Velha/RS)** A cozy and modern wine bar in Estância Velha is seeking a **Bar Manager** to oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure unforgettable experiences for customers. **Responsibilities:** * Inventory control, purchasing, and report preparation; * Customer service via WhatsApp and social media; * Reservation scheduling and event budgeting; * Procurement of supplies and communication with suppliers; * Team coordination, operational support, and cash closing. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality; * Leadership attitude and strong interpersonal skills; * Driver's license category B. **Working Hours:** * Tuesday \- flexible hours allocated for supply procurement; * Wednesday to Friday \- from 4:00 PM until closing (around 11:30 PM); * Saturday \- from 11:00 AM until closing (around 11:30 PM). Fixed salary negotiable \+ service charge participation \+ revenue-based percentage \+ on-site meals \+ product discounts. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.800,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
