Strong communication skills and proactivity **Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** * Greet customers courteously, conveying trust and professionalism. * Clarify questions regarding procedures, services, and available promotions. * Schedule appointments and manage professionals' calendars to ensure smooth operations and punctuality. * **Commercial Consulting:** * Present clinic services and treatments, highlighting benefits and unique features. * Sell service packages and treatments, consistently aiming to exceed established targets. * **Administration and Organization:** * Manage and record payments, issue invoices, and oversee cash flow. * Maintain the reception area clean and welcoming. * Update and manage customer records in the system. * **Digital Strategy Support:** * Assist in customer engagement via digital channels such as WhatsApp and social media. * Collect feedback and encourage reviews on digital platforms. **Required Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or commercial consulting, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or retail sectors. * Proficiency with digital tools and scheduling systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a welcoming and proactive attitude. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in consultative sales and target achievement. * Ability to manage social media or customer relationship applications.
