Serve users and provide information about services **Responsibilities:** * Perform **water meter reading and re-reading**, inspect connections, and carry out **water service disconnections and reconnections** (as per locality); * **Identify and report frauds, leaks, and irregularities** in water and sewage connections; * **Update customer records**, deliver bills, informational materials, and notifications; * **Serve users**, provide information about services, and support customer satisfaction surveys; * Perform **simple maintenance tasks**, such as water meter replacement, standardization of meter stands, and repairs (except in Manaus); * **Operate service vehicles** safely and maintain work equipment; * Comply with **quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards**. **Objective:** Ensure accurate measurement of water consumption, contribute to continuous service improvement, and maintain positive customer relationships.
