WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Experience in Software Architecture (layers, patterns, APIs, and integrations), ERP integrations (JDE experience is a plus), EDI integrations, knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services (SOAP), JSON, XML, Git and version control, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Cloud (Azure tooling), deployment and security concepts, as well as documentation tools (Confluence, Draw.io, among others); * Desired knowledge in billing and Customer Service processes, CRM integrations (Veeva and Salesforce), development lifecycle (CI/CD), monitoring and observability (APM, logs, alerts), SEO and basic website infrastructure, change governance / ITIL, as well as systemic vision and architectural thinking. BELOW ARE THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION: * Serve as the technical reference for defining and evolving architecture, standards, and best practices across the company’s data ecosystem; * Technically lead complex projects and enhancements involving multiple systems and integrations across Commercial, Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service departments; * Evaluate requirements, propose solutions, define technical standards, and ensure alignment with corporate architectures; * Lead the design and evolution of integrations among eCommerce, EDIs, JDE, Veeva, CRM Sales Farma, and other platforms; * Ensure stability, scalability, and operational continuity of critical billing systems (customer service); * Lead the analysis and resolution of high-complexity incidents, coordinating vendors and involved internal departments; * Define and promote best practices for version control, testing, governance, monitoring, and observability of systems; * Ensure compliance with security regulations, LGPD, and corporate development standards; * Produce and review technical documentation—including workflows, integrations, APIs, mappings, and manuals; * Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospective), contributing technical insights and estimates; * Maintain structured interaction with business units, translating functional requirements into technical specifications; * Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs), evaluate new technologies, suggest architectural improvements, and identify automation opportunities; * Act as the technical owner of digital products, monitoring KPIs, capacity, and performance.
