




Job Summary: Pedagogy internship focused on observation, analysis, and development of individualized strategies for children, with strong emphasis on communication with families and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on observation and behavioral analysis of children 2. Development of individualized plans (PIC and PEI) 3. Direct interaction with children, parents, and caregivers * Observe the child in different contexts, analyzing behavioral, physical, social, and peer/adult interaction aspects. * Identify difficulties and needs presented. * Engage in dialogue with caregivers to align observations and gather information about family life. * Organize information to develop the **PIC – Individualized Behavioral Plan**. * Return to the observed environment to guide and train the caregiver on the proposed strategies, monitoring PIC implementation. * Assist in developing plans, progress reports, and feedback to caregivers. * Participate in the development and implementation of the **PEI – Individualized Educational Plan**. Desired Profile: * Pedagogy student from the 4th semester onward * Enjoy working with children and have affinity for the child population. * Interest in child development and inclusive education. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate with families. * Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and report writing).
