Participation in challenging projects and continuous learning We are looking for an IT Analyst to perform routine tasks within the department, delivering technological consulting support to internal business clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage hardware and software licensing; * Configure email accounts and anti-spam settings; * Configure desktops, printers, switches, and routers; * Monitor and manage antivirus systems; * Configure Domain / Office 365; * Maintain databases; * Resolve incidents and identify root causes; * Propose information security solutions; * Participate in automation and internal process improvement projects, proposing data-driven solutions; * Contribute to the implementation of new tools and evaluation of vendors/technologies; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of industrial ERP systems is a plus; * Proficiency in Firewall, Grafana, and Bacula (Backup); * Technical English proficiency desirable – ability to read and interpret manuals and software; * Passionate and forward-looking mindset; committed, proactive, organized, and possessing strong interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Unimed health insurance plan; * Product bag; * Year-end gift card; * Birthday gift; * Transportation assistance.
