




Job Summary: Operates computer systems, monitoring performance, ensuring security, and providing technical support to customers and users to guarantee optimal hardware and software operation. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor the performance of systems and applications. 2. Ensure information security and the proper functioning of hardware/software. 3. Provide technical support to customers and users (remote and on-site). Operate computer and microcomputer systems, monitoring application performance, input/output data resources, data storage resources, error logs, central processing unit (CPU) usage, network resources, and application availability; ensure hardware and software functionality; ensure information security through backups stored in designated locations, verify user logical access, and destroy discarded confidential information; assist customers and users by guiding them in hardware and software usage; inspect the physical environment for workplace safety. Provide basic Service Desk support Manage open tasks and tickets Record actions taken on tickets Diagnose and resolve tickets Monitor equipment Ensure optimal equipment performance Identify issues proactively Create tickets Report issues Develop internal process manuals for the knowledge base Forward budget and product requests to PROIPSTORE Execute activation and installation of resources for new customers Configure pre-defined Windows resources Provide remote and on-site customer support Organize equipment cabling at customer sites Complete and submit implementation documentation
