Additionally, we have a creative team undergoing continuous training, committed to delivering results and promoting the sustainable development of mining activities. **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for receiving and processing purchase requests submitted by all company departments, conducting quotations for services and materials in accordance with procedures defined by the purchasing department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in the relevant field; * Experience in purchasing; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, via the system, purchase requests for materials from all company units, aiming to meet operational demands and replenish warehouse stock; * Contact and evaluate, together with the responsible person from each department, new suppliers to fulfill the company’s requirements; * Conduct material quotations according to the specifications of each purchase request, contacting suppliers, assessing material quality, and identifying the best pricing and delivery terms; * Monitor the delivery of purchased materials or services, maintaining constant contact with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed commercial and fiscal conditions; * Enter purchase orders into the system, aiming for approval in accordance with the company’s purchasing procedures; * Participate in physical inventory counts, entering adjusted item quantities into the system to reconcile actual and system-recorded stock levels. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance: R$835.00; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance – Unimed; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
