We seek a Systems Manager focused on leadership management, analysts, and consultants, with strong interpersonal skills. The Systems Department primarily supports the TOTVS ERP; experience with SAP is a plus. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the corporate and support systems portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives; * Define technological evolution guidelines, system maintenance strategies, and application modernization plans; * Act as the liaison between business areas and IT, translating strategic needs into technological solutions; * Develop leaders and technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and high performance; * Encourage and implement people management practices based on continuous feedback, competency development, and engagement; * Establish and promote agile development practices across systems teams; * Ensure integration among development, maintenance, and operations, driving continuous improvement across the application lifecycle; * Monitor delivery, quality, stability, and operational efficiency metrics; * Support the adoption of DevOps practices, test automation, and continuous integration; * Ensure availability, reliability, and security of corporate and support systems; * Manage critical incidents, recurring problems, and continuous improvement plans; * Establish application governance, change management, and release management processes and standards; * Prioritize demands with business areas, balancing innovation, improvements, and maintenance; * Manage the systems backlog jointly with Product Owners and stakeholders; * Track schedules, costs, and outcomes of technology initiatives; * Manage contracts and relationships with software vendors, consulting firms, and technology partners; * Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends applicable to the healthcare sector; * Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables from external partners; * Promote innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the quality of support services; * Encourage the use of new technologies, automation, and data analytics to improve organizational processes; * Support the evolution of the digital experience for beneficiaries, cooperative physicians, and employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education for this position:** * Completed undergraduate degree. **Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred; * Experience managing development teams, handling mission-critical corporate systems, applying agile methodologies, managing ERP environments (TOTVS \- SAP is a plus), and CRM systems; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize complex demands; * Healthcare industry experience is a plus. **Additional Information** **We are a team passionate about caring for people—and we do it purposefully, delivering excellence with enthusiasm!** We are ranked the **2nd best healthcare company in the GPTW Brazil ranking and the 5th best company to work for in Rio Grande do Sul!** **And more:** This year, we achieved **45th place in the national GPTW Brazil ranking!** All this reflects an exceptional workplace culture built by people who believe in what they do! **Join us to achieve even more!** PROUD TO BE GPTW RS, BRAZIL, AND HEALTHCARE! **A cooperative with over 50 years of history, market leader in the capital city of Rio Grande do Sul, the Metropolitan Region, Central-South, and Northern Coast of Rio Grande do Sul.** We stand out through the healthcare solutions we provide—serving over **650,000 lives, with 6,900 cooperative physicians and 370 service points**, including both owned and accredited facilities.
