Then join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Mounting and demounting passenger car, SUV, pickup truck, and utility vehicle tires * Wheel balancing * Vehicle alignment (geometry) * Tire rotation * Puncture repairs (vulcanization and cold repairs) * Valve replacement * Correct inflation pressure according to manufacturer specifications * Visual inspection for wear, bulges, cuts, and irregularities * Oil and filter replacement (where applicable) * Basic suspension and brake services (when authorized) * Verification of correct wheel lug nut torque * Maintaining a clean and organized service bay * Proper care of tools and equipment (balancer, alignment rack, hydraulic jack, lift, etc.) * Use of mandatory PPE (gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, boots) * Adherence to safety regulations and internal procedures * Avoiding rework and ensuring quality standards * Greeting customers courteously * Clearly explaining performed services * Providing technical diagnosis when necessary * Recommending preventive services (e.g., alignment after tire replacement) * Supporting the sales team with technical information * Verifying service orders before beginning work * Documenting vehicle irregularities found * Informing the manager or salesperson about additional required services * Meeting service completion deadlines **Requirements and Qualifications** **HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA** **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY** **AGILITY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL** **TEAMWORK** **COMMITMENT TO STORE GOALS** **PROFESSIONAL BEARING** **RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFETY**  **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. **At GF Pneus, you’ll enjoy these benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance – Company covers part of the monthly premium; * Product purchase discount; * Corporate University – Access to training and development programs; * Birthday Day-Off – One day off to celebrate your way; * Sesc Partnership – Benefits in culture, leisure, sports, and health; * Group Life Insurance – Extra security for you and your family; * Partnership with Ânima Network – Discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses. **Inclusive positions are also available for persons with disabilities.** With over **30 years on the road**, **GF Pneus** is a national benchmark in the automotive sector, offering comprehensive solutions for those seeking **quality, safety, and performance**, whether driving a vehicle or building a career.
