We are seeking an Injection Machine Operator to join our team at a plastic manufacturing and trading company located in Santo André/SP. **Responsibilities:** * Operate injection machines according to operational procedures. * Perform operational adjustments and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. * Prepare machines for production start-up, performing basic setup and simple mold changes. * Carry out deburring, visual inspection, dimensional control, packaging, and identification of produced parts according to technical specifications. * Monitor the production process, identifying variations, defects, or equipment failures, and immediately implementing corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an injection machine operator. * Knowledge of plastic injection processes and parameter adjustments. * Preferred: Vocational training in injection machine operation and NR-12 certification. **Benefits:** * Salary R$2.362,00 * Meal allowance R$ 200,00 * Annual profit-sharing bonus (PLR) * Transportation allowance (VT) * Attendance bonus R$ 150,00 **Working Hours:** 2nd shift – Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Schedule from Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays worked per month).
