If you want to become part of our team, don't miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Perform technical activities according to established processes and maintain controls within your area of responsibility. * Issue opinions in accordance with established standards and technologies used. * Receive constant guidance. * Promote occupational health by implementing corporate guidelines and occupational health and safety standards, adopting actions to mitigate the risk of occupational diseases, and protecting individuals' integrity and work capacity. * Conduct investigations, follow-ups, and evaluations in the area to identify variables controlling diseases and accidents, analyze and recommend measures to reduce/eliminate risks of occupational diseases for employees and third parties. * Participate in projects aimed at minimizing work-related illness risks by evaluating hygiene conditions, unhealthy and hazardous environments, and observing regulatory standards for worker safety and health protection. * Follow and disseminate occupational health and safety policies, creating and executing prevention programs that inform people about occupational risks and encourage the use of individual and collective protective equipment, as well as fostering a safe behavior culture. * Manage medical certificates and occupational health records (ASO). * Control admission, periodic, job change, return-to-work, and termination medical exams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and documentation. * Support service providers conducting occupational exams. * Manage and register absences, INSS appointments, and consultations, while maintaining consistent data and information in the system. * Manage and register return from leave, notifying HR. * Develop and monitor occupational health indicators, identifying main causes of absenteeism and leaves to support action plan development. * Receive, evaluate, and triage individuals showing signs/symptoms of occupational diseases, performing necessary controls and conducting investigations. * Provide healthcare assistance through first aid for urgent cases within the company and health screening for medical referrals. * Participate in disease prevention and vaccination campaigns through lectures, information sessions, and clarifications on related topics. * Deliver training, lead meetings, committees, and working groups on these subjects, contributing to disseminating occupational health and safety policies and promoting a safe behavior culture. * Interface with leadership teams to ensure compliance with legislation and BRF internal standards. * Provide technical guidance to the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Emergency Brigade. * Manage medicine inventory, arranging purchases when necessary. * Comply with guidelines established in BRF's Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that support management, achievement of indicators, and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF's chain. **Education Requirements** ---------------------- High School with Technical Course in Occupational Nursing Apply\-now and join BRF!
